Delivery, Returns & Important Information

Delivery. (Charged inc vat at 20%)

We base our delivery charges on weight

Between 2kg & 20kg £8.95

20kg & 40kg £17.90

40kg & 60kg £26.85

• All parcels will be sent out via a trusted national courier & will require a signature on delivery

• There will be 2 delivery attempts before the item(s) are delivered back to Meadowview Chickens, the buyer is then responsible to pay another delivery charge for a new delivery. 

• You can collect your goods direct from our shop free of charge 

• Delivery is currently to England & Wales only

• Any damages to boxes must be notified to us within 24hrs of delivery 

• Returns are to be paid for at buyers cost unless we have agreed otherwise

• Returns are only accepted if items are damaged on delivery

• Returns will not be accepted from misuse or accidental damage. 

• ​

• If your item is damaged and we have approved a reuturn, we will exchange this for the idental product, if this isnt available a refund will be given

• Please allow 28 days for refunds

• All prices are inclusive of vat at 20% - Feed is 0% vat rated
