Shipping service is available for supplies on our online shop only

We use a trusted UK courier - Usually DX OR DHL - Smaller parcels are sent with Royal Mail or Hermes 

​

Courier service is between 2 and 5 working days for delivery 

​

Delivery to England only 

 

On delivery someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel - If the delivery needs to be re attempted for delivery there will be a charge to the customer. 

 

Charges 

Parcels under 2kg  £5.95

Between 2kg and 21kg parcels will be sent with a trusted courier £7.95 per 20kg

Placing an order with us 

1. Select online shop

2. Add your items to the basket

3. Choose either Collect from store (FREE) OR Delivery 2-5 working days 

4. Pay 

5. Wait for your email confirmation 

By ordering items from us you are agreeing to buy items from us .

REFUNDS

All refunds must be within 7 working days of purchase

• Any damages to boxes must be notified to us within 24hrs of delivery 

• Returns are to be paid for at buyers cost unless we have agreed otherwise

• Returns are only accepted if items are damaged on delivery

• Returns will not be accepted from misuse or accidental damage.

Damaged items will be replaced for identical or similar item 

​

All returning items must be in excellent condition as you bought them in 

​

PLEASE NOTE - Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the buyer - 

When returning your goods please place the delivery note inside the box.

We are sorry but we cannot accept 'In store' returns for items ordered online
